The permission problems must be gone now. The program has been fully rewritten.

Try running qspeedtest from within the $srcdir/, you'll notice the same thing, as well as a weird segfault.

Somehow the ~/.config/QSpeedTest folder doesn't have the right permissions (d-w-------),
therefore when you run the program there's an error reading the targets.ini, which is in the mentioned directory.

[Due to Out-of-date notification @ 25-5-10] The svn packages are never out of date, because makepkg fetches the latest source.
