Hmm weird! I can move up the variables to the top. Could you first test to do that yourself (remove from .profile)?

Since the current PKGBUILD works for me, I can not know if this change would do anything.

When trying to install qtjambi I get:

BUILD FAILED /home/wolfgang/.cache/yay/qtjambi/src/qtjambi-6.4.0/build.xml:85: No QTDIR specified

Maybe QTDIR and JAVA_HOME_TARGET should be set at the top of PKGBUILD (like the other variables).

Setting QTDIR and JAVA_HOME_TARGET in my .profile and restarting the build worked.
