Well, I updated package by myself. And it compiles fine now.

The last line should end with '.svg', but not '.png'.

@haavardp,DoctorJellyFace: No, you shouldn’t have a var in pkgname. Exemple of broken thing:
yaourt -Si qtox-git

Error lines at the beginning and name, provides, conflicts & replace are not resolved. It doesn’t seem supported to have vars outside of source for defining vars. Maybe the issue is yaourt though.

On another subject, there is an error in the PKGBUILD, the last line should end with .svg, not .png.

Multiple packages do this AFAIK, and it works fine on my end. What/where does it fail for you?

What about

You can see something similar in the linux-git package (

I'll look at it later. Thanks.

boennhoff: I'll keep the flag until qTox works properly again.

What do you mean by "the link to the AUR URL generated out of the PKGBUILD"?

boennhoff commented on 2015-04-21 09:28

Flagged as out-of-date, since it is useless right now... uninstalled it initially because I hoped to solve dependency problems with libfilteraudio-git / filter_audio-git, but it does not compile anymore...

I have read the existing comments and understand them, but until it compiles again, this package should be flagged as out-of-date... or alternatively a workaround to use the already mentioned old_api branch could be added until the porting to the new api is complete...

also the link to the AUR URL generated out of the PKGBUILD is wrong:
