Hi, thanks for a package.

Can you add number of commits from the initial commit as a part of a version string? With current pkgver function it looks like package always needs to be updated.

You can try this command:

git rev-list --count $(git rev-list --max-parents=0 HEAD)..HEAD

@zynex This is intended behavior. 1f9f560 is the latest commit, 5441833 was the latest commit when I last updated the package. A good bit of -git AUR packages do this.

Have some odd issue when upgrading, it keeps setting the installed version to 1f9f560-1 after the package is upgraded instead av of latest version 5441833-1.

:: AUR package will be installed:
qttube-git                            1f9f560-1            -> 5441833-1

@zynex There seems to be a weird problem with CMake preferring Qt 5 over Qt 6 despite Qt 6 being listed first when searching for one or the other, but only sometimes, and I accidentally broke building under Qt 5 a few commits ago.

I'm going to implement an override option for the Qt version and also a fix for Qt 5 builds either later today or tomorrow.

@BowDown097 That seemed to to the trick, compiles now. Still problem logging into my account, but that's a code issue :)

can't install it with paru. This line "make INSTALL_ROOT="${pkgdir}" install" give me the error
