Thanks for clarify. That's right, this domain is listed here:

https://github.com/qtumproject/qtum/wiki/Setting-up-QTUM-Ubuntu,-Debian-and-Mint-repository

However I still think it is better to use the standard binary packets for x86/x86_64 published here:

https://github.com/qtumproject/qtum/releases

The packagebuild is quite trivial, just a matter of copy the unpacket directory to the root filesystem.

Cheers.

Hello p4u, that link is actually an official one. It is the official QTUM debian/ubuntu repository. Please take a look at our github as well, there's several tutorials on our wiki which show this repository.

PS: On our github release page, you'll only ifnd gitian builds, not .deb files nor android releases. Any questions, you can contact me at mike@qtum.org

This package downloads a binary file from http://repo.qtum.info which is not an official source (AFAIK).

I'm not saying the binary is modified with malicious code (I just dont know), but why not use the official release binaries from https://github.com/qtumproject/qtum/releases ?
