The default theme is not recognized properly, I've to set dark mode in-app.
The issue doesn't exist for other Whatsapp AUR packages ("whatsapp-nativefier" and "whatsapp-for-linux").
Please fix it asap :-)

@marcoscarpetta, thanks a lot for removing the NM dep. I could install qtwaw and it feels pretty nice.
However there's no tray icon, right? On the taskbar and on the menu there's an icon, but no on the tray. How can one use the same icon on the tray?

It won't compile. Anyway, I think I can remove the NM dependency, just give me couple of days.

That's sad. If I remove the dep from the PKGBUILD, what's the effect? Should I just restart the connection if there was no conection when launched? I really don't want NM in my boxes... If regular functionality doesn't really get affected by NM, could it be possible to move the dep to optional dep?

It is required to detect the connection status

Why is networkmanager a dependency? ITshouldn't be required for a messenger client, right?

Great application for KDE. Unlike others of the same type, this one is the only one that works perfectly in Manjaro KDE
