Steinberg2020, this is because the PKGBUILD has an pkgver function. Each time makepkg runs a pkgver function it sets back pkgrel.
Use an epoch.
And btw. do not use yaourt anymore. It is old and unmaintained.

Every time I update packages (E.G. [code]yaourt -Syua[\code]) this package asks to be updates from 1 -> 2
How do I stop this?

Can't install any packages, need permission to "$pkgdir"/usr/lib/$pkgname/tmp.

should be
You missed the dot before sbclrc, which could cause confusions.

Sorry, I no longer use this package so I don't know if it still works.
I should have disowned it a long time ago. I am doing it now.
I just installed the package and it worked fine. The installer downloads files so it might just be that you have a problem with your internet connection but I cannot help you more.

The build currently drops me into an SBCL REPL, after throwing:
