Maybe download and import the key manually:

curl 'https://keyserver.ubuntu.com/pks/lookup?op=get&search=0xd89faaeb4cecafd199a2f5e612c6f735f7a9a519' > the.key
gpg --import the.key

Or if not, build with --skippgpcheck as a last resort (disclaimer: I do not recommended doing this)

@a821: after reboot my PC

:: (1/2) Parsing SRCINFO: quickserve
:: (2/2) Parsing SRCINFO: python3-threaded_servers
gpg: error reading key: No public key

 :: PGP keys need importing:
 -> D89FAAEB4CECAFD199A2F5E612C6F735F7A9A519, required by: quickserve  python3-threaded_servers
:: Import? [Y/n] :: Importing keys with gpg...
gpg: can't connect to the dirmngr: IPC connect call failed
gpg: keyserver receive failed: No dirmngr
 -> problem importing keys

@3xploiton3: you need to import the key in your keyring: gpg --receive-keys D89FAAEB4CECAFD199A2F5E612C6F735F7A9A519

I've added Avahi support alongside multicast support for peer detection. There are probably still some bugs to work out but it works so far in my initial tests.
