Hi, I've updated the PKGBUILD to comply with the recent guidelines for VCS-based packages -- you don't need to pull the whole SVN tree to rebuild the package, the package version gets updated automatically. I've also updated the backup files list and explicitly set that it conflicts with r-devel (see the comments in the PKGBUILD why). The config files are now using /etc/r-devel location.
