Please update PKGBUILD to build-command from R CMD INSTALL ${cranname}${_cranver}.tar.gz -l ${srcdir} to R CMD INSTALL ${pkgname}-${pkgver}.tar.gz -l ${srcdir}

@dviktor any chance of adding r-lifecycle as a dependency in the PKGBUILD?

mxfm commented on 2020-07-29 17:35 (UTC)

@japhir Thanks, I know that. I have written to notify PKGBUILD maintainer.

@mxfm: you can edit the PKGBUILD to include r-lifecycle as a dependency, seems that the R package has been added as a dependency.

When I try to create package with 'makepkg -s' it fails with:

ERROR: dependency ‘lifecycle’ is not available for package ‘pillar’

japhir commented on 2018-07-20 19:04 (UTC)

missing dependency r-fansi, which doesn't exist yet. I've created a PKGBUILD for it here: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/r-fansi/
