@X-Tornado : this package is python2 version (not python3) of radiotray. Python3 version of radiotray is available with this package : radiotray-python3-git And this package uses gst package of official repos. So you can use it. I maintain this python2 package because I have this issue with python3 package (as described by FindMind) : Tray icon is not available (menu) (but own icon is visible) in Plasma KDE

@X-Tornado : I did not succeed to replace the 3 dependancies gstreamer0.10-* with the versions in official repos. I got this error : [chris@christiane ~]$ radiotray Traceback (most recent call last): File "/usr/bin/radiotray", line 12, in <module> os.chdir(workdir) OSError: [Errno 2] Aucun fichier ou dossier de ce type: '/usr/bin/src' Any idea ?

Hey, do we really need the aur versions of gstreamer packages (base-plugins,good,...)? The python3 version seems to work fine with the official repos.

@zoe Sure, as a maintainer only you have rights to request deletion. Sometime somebody else can request deletion in the case when package is old or is not maintained anymore.

I re-adopted this package, and hope it will not be deleted again…

@strubbl That was my request to delete this package right after my post in this discussion, later I wrote a letter to aur-requests to ignore my request, but they are missed it, I suppose...

Thanks for bringing the package back up, knedlyk! what was the purpose of deleting this package by @jelly? Now the comment history is gone.
