Upstream appears to have removed their ftp server, but the source code is still available at http://git.code-monkey.de/?p=raktpdf.git;a=log
If anyone is interested in getting this package to work, they could switch to using that, rather than simply letting the package be deleted... although granted for what seems to be a very very old gtk2 program this may not be considered worth it.
