Can you please change the depends to librespot. When using paru the user could then select the package which provides librespot.

this does currently not install, as raspotify/etc/default/raspotify moved to raspotify/etc/raspotify/conf

I use this on a Raspberry Pi 4b. The most recent librespot version broke raspotify.service with journalctl logging the following error:
Rolling back to version 1357.68bec41 resolved the issue. Not really a problem. Just an FYI for anyone using this package.

gcc and pkgconf are in base-devel, which packages don't include in makedepends according to package guidelines. Also added raspotify to audio group

also requires gcc as a build depend

Please add pkg-config as a dependency. build failed when compiling alsa-sys until i manually installed pkg-config

Please add the user raspotify to group audio (default user with which raspotify is started by systemd), otherwise errors like "ERROR:librespot_playback::player: Could not start audio: Alsa error: PCM open failed" occur.
