There are some bugs in the 1.1.0 release as well: https://github.com/urandom/readeef/issues/{11,12,13}

Please check the provided `readeef.cfg` because it's different or at least incompatible with readeef 1.1.0. There is no `server` section anymore. See: https://github.com/urandom/readeef/blob/1.1.0/config.go#L146
