I had no problem with python-dulwich packege.

It makedepends on pod2man:

Please add this makedepend to the PKGBUILD.

To make this work with the latest version (0.94 hosted at launchpad), simply replace the source with "bzr+lp:rem2ics", skip the validity check, and add "/${pkgname}" to the first line in the package() section.
