jai134: Yup, it fixed the problem for me too. It seems to work fine with with python2-2.7-3. Thanks!

I have found out that there are a file in my builddir .repo/repo/main.py where I also have to change line 18 to python2. After that repo is running.

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=715118 Sems repo only works with pythn 2.4! Great! Jeezes, what are they thinking exactly? Fo course, they could have fixed it since then, but I seriously doubt it.

I get File "/home/gert/build/psfMod/CyanogenMod/.repo/repo/main.py", line 124 except ManifestInvalidRevisionError, e: God damn, if they don't manage to use git "vanilla" style why the hell canæt they write a script that woks. There is NO info about the repo script or any troubleshooting info what so ever. Hell, they don't even say you require python2 (and that dowsn't work anymore either. Goddamn Google and their hopeless quirks everywhere.

Same error for me. With "SyntaxError: invalid syntax" added.

@Kido: Fixed in 20101023-1. I've put a sed -i in build(), I hope that's the right way to do :) Thanks for the report, btw!
