Try yay --editmenu --nodiffmenu -S rescuetime2

Make sure to edit the PKGBUILD according to my previous comment

when i update yay -S rescuetime2, i got

:: Parsing SRCINFO (1/1): rescuetime2
==> Making package: rescuetime2 (Sel 01 Okt 2019 05:11:14  WIB)
==> Retrieving sources...
  -> Found rescuetime2_2.14.5.1_amd64.deb
==> Validating source_x86_64 files with sha256sums...
    rescuetime2_2.14.5.1_amd64.deb ... FAILED
==> ERROR: One or more files did not pass the validity check!
Error downloading sources: rescuetime2

How to fix this ?

goddva commented on 2019-10-01 07:07

@ElXreno @wizonesolutions This issue has been fixed upstream, so by editing PKGBUILD, bump version number (pkgver) to, and update the SHA checksums;

@kbumsik Thank you for the patch, will accept it as soon as I have my Arch Linux installed and set up (got a new laptop and was having a headache trying to set up everything again)
