Upstream release 1.0.18 has now been released and it resloves the crashing on startup issues that 1.0.17 had, so this package can now be updated.

The 1.0.17 release has an issue that causes it to crash on startup: https://github.com/RimSort/RimSort/issues/844 I won't update until it has been fixed
