The 64bit version seems to crash immediately.

Very sorry about that. The exclusion is there to avoid the failure of unzip with messages like: RimWorld1238Linux/Mods/Core/Languages/Russian/Вселенная RimWorld/02_Инструктаж для вышедших из криосна.txt: mismatching "local" filename (RimWorld1238Linux/Mods/Core/Languages/Russian/RimWorld/02_ + .txt), continuing with "central" filename version AFAIK, the excluded files are not used by the game, they've been copied from the Github repo of the translators: https://github.com/Ludeon/RimWorld-ru

The line which unzips the exclusion does not work due to name changes in the zip file from 'RimWorld1234Linux' to 'RimWorld1238Linux'. Better just use a wildcard. Why is this excluded anyway?

Fixed, thanks.

pkgrel needs to be bumped in .SRCINFO to match the PKGBUILD.

You're absolutely right. It's fixed. Thanks for the feedback!

Option `-f` to unzip means "only extract files that already exist" so it effectively prevents the package from being built. Use `-u` instead.

Thanks for the feedback. The previous dependencies were based on the namcap report. I tried to run rimworld in a minimal Archlinux environment and glu is definitely needed.

It doesn't seem like you need any of the listed dependencies except unzip to make this package work
