Then it should be called LicenseRef-custom to be complied, then some form of license file should be installed in /usr/share/licenses/ringracers-data/

@micwoj92 Even though custom is not a valid SPDX-compatible license identifier, I don't actually know what would fit for ringracers-data. As the game data files isn't all 100% original work, and has rips from other Sonic games.
