simona, If it's not inconvenient, could you clone the project source code from the repo, build it and run 'meson test', then send me the meson-logs/meson-log.txt from the builddir by email or attach to the open ticket on the project repo?

simona, I can't reproduce that failed test on my Manjaro system or in an Arch Linux docker container. Could you please try again?

simona, thank you for the report. What language is your system? What's the environmental variable "LANG" set to? I forgot some of the tests only work correctly if the language of the system is en_US. I've updated the package to remove the check.
