source needs to be updated.

The downloaded file 4.0.9.tar.gz is just a text/plain file with the content
the given path has multiple possibilities: #<Git::Ref:0x00007fa790c313d0>, #<Git::Ref:0x00007fa790c30cf0>.

Please update the source array to:
