@Trollwut Source file is downloading fine for me.
Probably you had a partial download, and it seems that download resume is no more supported by github. Please delete any '.part' files in the PKGBUILD directory and try again.

For now it won't build for me, as it can't download:
curl: (33) HTTP server doesn't seem to support byte ranges. Cannot resume. ==> ERROR: Failure while downloading https://github.com/rockchip-linux/mpp/archive/release_20170811.tar.gz
The link itself works, but downloading fails with this error. Any fixes to that?
