I compiled version 6.0.0 (matching current ROCm version in Arch Linux).
When I run /opt/rocm/bin/rvs, it fails with
/opt/rocm/bin/rvs: symbol lookup error: /opt/rocm/bin/../lib/librvslib.so.0.0.0: undefined symbol: rsmi_dev_energy_count_get

Can you please move the download that occurs during build() into prepare() (run cmake in prepare()), if you cannot do it via the source array and tell cmake where to find it?:
