Nice to hear! I've relinquished ownership of this package. Best of luck with your fork!

@Static_Rocket Sorry for the delay!
Yes I agree maintaining features via patches is not a great idea. As I just recently bought this Asus laptop with the intention of keeping it around for years to come, I've decided to fork the repository and merge all feature PRs (#26, #80 and mine own #100), and I intend on maintaining it. I've also added a GitHub Action to compile and package the software on release (https://github.com/Syndelis/rogauracore/releases/tag/1.6.1).
I'd gladly take ownership of this package and have it point to my fork. I'll also be creating a rogauracore-bin package to use the pre-built packages on GitHub.

@brenno thanks for the patch. I can hand over maintainer rights to you if you want. Only issue I see is that the upstream repo is basically dead and normally that means the associated package needs to be culled or moved to an active fork. Carrying feature patches in the PKGBUILD repo is normally frowned upon. Not sure if you want to sign up for all of that. Just figured I'd pitch it since I haven't had an Asus laptop in quite some time, so I can't test or develop this any more on my end.

I've submitted a PR to add support for the ROG Flow Z13 (2025) keyboard (https://github.com/wroberts/rogauracore/pull/100), however seen as the repository hasn't been updated for a long while, I've decided to leave a patch here for anyone who might need it.

@yjun good catch. This package was created before the source provided udev rules and unfortunately I haven't been keeping up with their development. The /lib one is official so I removed the /usr one I was generating. I also updated whats being used as the udev rule directory so it's compatible.

udev file is duplicated. plz remove the top one in PKGBUILD
