@nylocx: thanks for reporting this, since there was no new release I haven't had to recompile this after the pyqt update. Indeed, this update has been quite painful, hence the 4.10 packages I made a while back ( @pallegro solved this for ros-indigo-python-qt-binding (cf. his patch here:, but this is probably going to be a lot more complicated for pyqwt.

It would be nice if you could remove ros-indigo-rqt-plot form the depends as this package is seriously broken because it depends on pyqwt. See the comments at
Currently one has to manually edit the PKGBUILD file and rebuild all dependencies by hand.
