@nylocx: thanks for reporting this, since there was no new release I haven't had to recompile this after the pyqt update. Indeed, this update has been quite painful, hence the 4.10 packages I made a while back (https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/python2-pyqt4-10/). @pallegro solved this for ros-indigo-python-qt-binding (cf. his patch here: https://github.com/ros-visualization/python_qt_binding/pull/15), but this is probably going to be a lot more complicated for pyqwt.

Hi,

It would be nice if you could remove ros-indigo-rqt-plot form the depends as this package is seriously broken because it depends on pyqwt. See the comments at https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/pyqwt/
Currently one has to manually edit the PKGBUILD file and rebuild all dependencies by hand.
