Thank you for the last fix zootboy, great that someone is caring about ros&arch!

Recently, another thing broke: This pkg does not compile anymore due to cv::DataType<dstpixel>::type being deprecated in the newest openCV version.</dstpixel>

I bumped the whole dep tree for this package. Let me know if anything fails to build.

ros-kinetic-opencv3 was updated to opencv 3.3.1 and thus making this pkg fails, as the include directory /opt/ros/kinetic/include/opencv-3.2.0-dev does not exist anymore.
It is now called opencv-3.3.1.
