It seems that collada-dom (which I don't maintain) does not depend on minizip because contains a copy that it only uses if you don't already have it installed.

So you must have had it installed as a dependency at some point and collada-dom found it and linked against it, but did not "inform pacman about it". Then you inadvertently removed minizip and thereby broke collada-dom.

Fixed by installing minizip
