Upgrading https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/ros-lunar-catkin/ to 0.7.11 fixes build issues related to pcl/vtk: https://github.com/ros/catkin/pull/916

You should stay with extra/vtk. You only need to recompile pcl before recompiling ros-lunar-pcl-ros.

This package won't compile with vtk8 (extra/vtk), but goes well with vtk7 (aur/vtk-base)
