ros-build-tools package do not contain fix-python-scripts.sh any more, so the build progress could fail.

Additionally, according to ros wiki

rtabmap_ros is now a meta package, all nodes were moved into sub packages matching their function.

, simply compile rtabmap_ros won't provide any useful resources. Maybe we should follow upstream's change, create subpackages like ros-noetic-rtabmap-odom.
