I think it's good adding LC_ALL=C in front of the extractors extracting japanese in the old encodings. The default locale of the user can mess things up and LC_ALL=C is a simplified locale for scripts like this one.

This should go in both rpg2000 and rpg2003

The package fails to build with ERROR: noextract should be an array And would be nice if you could export "RPG2K3_RTP_PATH" through /etc/profile.d so it is detected by EasyRPG directly for all games :).
