@rpodgorny Since this utility and the firmware are not the same thing I would consider this to still be a valid package. You can use the utility to change your memory settings, not just pull the latest firmware.

shouldn't this be marked out-of-date? there's a "raspberrypi-firmware" in alarm which gets updated pretty regularly.
