I just noticed that rssdrop complains if the hostname command cannot be found. hostname is provided by the inetutils package, so you may want to add inetutils as a dependency.

Edit: Wow, that was quick, thanks. Pacaur handles it all right now on my machine. I just had a problem installing this package via pacaur: ``` :: Installing rssdrop package(s)... :: rssdrop package(s) failed to install. Check .SRCINFO for mismatching data with PKGBUILD. ``` You might want to run `makepkg --printsrcinfo > .SRCINFO` again, maybe that fixes it. Also, i believe install scripts are superseeded by hooks, so one should not use them if possible (which probably is the case here). Thanks for the package and script by the way, it works great ;)
