Still doesn't build against 4.14.x. No reply from upstream. Orphaning.

Known issue this cannot build against 4.13.x ... I flagged it out of date as a reminder. chunkeey AT googlemail DOT com has been notified on 30-Sep since issues are unavailable on the github page.

I guess his problem is the following dependency: linux-headers>=4.12 since linux-headers 4.11.7 is currently only in the repository.
