Ok, I've just checked and there is a problem with the new version of liquid for code highlighting. See https://github.com/mojombo/jekyll/issues/422.
ATM, if you want to highlight your code, you have to use an older version of liquid... apparently, the 2.2.2 works fine.

Hello, why doesn't ruby-albino depends on python-pygmentize or even python2-pygmentize ? How a person that installs this will have this working out of the box ? Since i can't generate any highlighted code in jekyll.
