Source URL starts with https://github.com/rbenv/ruby-build/archive rather then https://github.com/rbenv/ruby-build/tarball And the value of sha1sums is e30bab64216dafdbf709f5e64e64d84e023f9f9d

Thanks to @peterhu for spotting the changed sha1sum. I have verified that the packages built before and after the sha1sum change are identical.
