$ compass /usr/lib/ruby/2.1.0/rubygems/core_ext/kernel_require.rb:135:in `require': cannot load such file -- sass/script/node (LoadError) Won't work with latests sass as previous commenters said. Could you please update/force an older sass version ?

Please change `ruby-sass` to `ruby-sass-3.2` in PKGBUILD dependencies in order to make this gem work. I had the same issue as @damnedest and I solved it with this little fix.

So you have to put version update build file `ruby-sass<=3.2.14`

Sass 3.3 is incompatible with the stable version of Compass. You need to downgrade Sass < 3.3.0 or use the alpha version of Compass.

I've already reinstalled all dependencies: `sudo yaourt -S ruby-chunky_png ruby-fssm ruby-yard ruby-maruku ruby-compass ruby-sass` I don't have folder `/usr/lib/ruby/2.0*`, all files are located in 2.1.0 I have only file in `/usr/lib/ruby/gems/2.1.0/gems/sass-3.3.2/lib/sass/script/tree/node.rb`, but compass tries to require `sass/script/node`. But I'm not sure that it is that one.

Also the flag is meant for out-of-date notifications, not for package problems. Please do not flag it if it's not out-of-date.

You have to rebuild all the dependencies that you probably have in /usr/lib/ruby/2.0* instead of /usr/lib/ruby/2.1.0

I receive this error when I try to run `compass -v` /usr/lib/ruby/2.1.0/rubygems/core_ext/kernel_require.rb:55:in `require': cannot load such file -- sass/script/node (LoadError) from /usr/lib/ruby/2.1.0/rubygems/core_ext/kernel_require.rb:55:in `require'
