PKGBUILD files should not install files to the system. If your package has a
dependency, please make a package for it and include it in the `depends` array.

thanks for the info - I have to update it anyhow (new version 0.6.6.1), but for now, you could try to install it via gem with: gem install ruby-netcdf

I'm having a problem installing this package. When it begins installing, I'm getting the following:

linking shared-object numru/netcdfraw.so
/usr/bin/install -c -m 0755 netcdfraw.so /tmp/yaourt-tmp-menelmacar/aur-ruby-netcdf/pkg/usr/local/lib/ruby/site_ruby/1.9.1/x86_64-linux/numru
installing default netcdfraw libraries
make: *** No rule to make target `lib/netcdf.rb/', needed by `/tmp/yaourt-tmp-menelmacar/aur-ruby-netcdf/pkg/usr/local/lib/ruby/site_ruby/1.9.1/numru/netcdf.rb'. Stop.
