The GUI label is intentionally 2.2.4, this is related to it being a Linux-only launcher update, sorry if this causes any confusion

Note: It is important to keep PGP signature verification enabled, because this PKGBUILD does not verify sha256sums due to Jagex frequently releasing rebuilds with the same version number.

Don't forget to import the Jagex PGP key if installing for the first time:

gpg --keyserver hkps://keyserver.ubuntu.com --recv-key AAC9264309E4D717441DB9527373B12CE03BEB4B

@posuceius: 1) What was the exact command that you used to import the key? 2) What was its output? 3) What is the exact command that you're using to build the package?

Importing the key did not work for me:

==> ERROR: PGP signature of 'Release' could not be verified
gpg: Signature made Wed 28 Oct 2020 21:38:14 AEST

gpg: Can't check signature: No public key
==> ERROR: A failure occurred in prepare().

Am I doing something wrong?

The openssl 1.0 workaround should not be needed any more, we resolved the build machine issue that allowed that to creep back in

@gameslayer: Could you change echo "$_out" | grep -v "^\\[GNUPG:\\]" to simply echo "$_out", then run it again and provide the additional output?

Opps, basically I was notice it was fixed on the flatpak(no workaround needed) but then I switch to the aur version. Forget to actually check the arch one worked or not

Thanks for the quick patch but the only issue I am getting now is Invalid --configURE setting (3,1)

EDIT: I removed %u from the shortcut so maybe you should see if thats needed or not

getting this error when launching after the update that just came out

/usr/share/games/runescape-launcher/runescape: symbol lookup error: /usr/share/games/runescape-launcher/runescape: undefined symbol: SSLv3_client_method, version OPENSSL_1.0.0
