This is a decent fork of Thunderbird. Telemetry has been removed and the design has become a little nicer. I like it.

This is an hostile fork of Thunderbird?! That .deb package lack any copyright or license notice and no source linked on that website

This is just repackaging deb downloaded from the vendor official site, so the question could be addressed to vendor. License file can be found in debian package(/usr/share/doc/rupost-desktop/LICENSE.txt)
