There is no 1.1 tag in the upstream repository. Please set the package version to 1.0

This package should be named rustlock-git (as it builds the package directly off git) and the sha256 sum should be SKIP instead of being set, otherwise you'd need to provide pre-built binaries instead of building them on the fly.
