It shows as error when checking package with namcap.

@micwoj92 I'm curious about your case. gcc-libs and glibc are in the base package, and I haven't found any guidelines regarding including packages from base in depends. I don't see a problem adding these dependencies, though.

This pkg requires options=(!lto) atm
