Orphaning as it is broken and newer version cannot be automatically downloaded (needs to post a form to https://www.inf.ed.ac.uk/research/isdd/admin/package/send/rxp-1.5.2.tar.gz)

Adopted. PKGBUILD improved. There is one thing though, where does the source comes from? What is this fortunaty.net site?

Please use $srcdir and $pkgdir instead of $startdir/{src,pkg}, put quotes around the paths and move the make install into a package() function.
