Thanks for packaging rye-bin, it's very nice to be able to install rye without having to go through lengthy Rust compilation.

A couple of suggestions, though:

The license should be installed in the /usr/share/licenses/$pkgname/ directory, not in …/$_pkgname/.

It would be nice to have the entire docs directory available for local perusal in /usr/share/doc/$pkgname/. Or at least the README, if you feel that all the *.md files is too much.
