rustc: error while loading shared libraries: libLLVM-15.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
Can't install/compile with llvm 16 installed as it's default now

@lsevcik Can you review and possibly pull the two commits from the
patch-PR
branch of https://gitlab.com/arglebargle-arch/patched-packages/safe-rm-pkgbuild.git when you have time?The profile.d script is prepending the safe-rm directory to the path multiple times here so I wrote a small patch to check before adding. I also fixed the package not building with makechrootpkg.

After beating my head about a key signing error, I realise that the PKGBUILD have a typo. "validgpgkeys" is supposed to be "validpgpkeys"; https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/PKGBUILD#validpgpkeys

To the maintainer/packager: a few versions happened since the packaged version (0.12). Can we have it packaged?
