rustc: error while loading shared libraries: libLLVM-15.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Can't install/compile with llvm 16 installed as it's default now

Honestly, Arch should have this in the repository.

@lsevcik Can you review and possibly pull the two commits from the patch-PR branch of https://gitlab.com/arglebargle-arch/patched-packages/safe-rm-pkgbuild.git when you have time?

The profile.d script is prepending the safe-rm directory to the path multiple times here so I wrote a small patch to check before adding. I also fixed the package not building with makechrootpkg.

Here's what I'm seeing:

[arglebargle@arch-zephyrus]$ echo $PATH | tr ':' '\n'
/usr/lib/safe-rm
/home/arglebargle/.local/bin
/home/arglebargle/.local/share/go/bin
/usr/lib/safe-rm
/usr/lib/safe-rm
/usr/lib/safe-rm
/usr/local/bin
/usr/bin
/usr/local/sbin
/home/arglebargle/.local/share/flatpak/exports/bin
/var/lib/flatpak/exports/bin
/usr/lib/jvm/default/bin
/usr/bin/site_perl
/usr/bin/vendor_perl
/usr/bin/core_perl
/usr/lib/jvm/default/bin

After beating my head about a key signing error, I realise that the PKGBUILD have a typo. "validgpgkeys" is supposed to be "validpgpkeys"; https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/PKGBUILD#validpgpkeys

To the maintainer/packager: a few versions happened since the packaged version (0.12). Can we have it packaged?
