Yes, this needs cython git again. I'll see if the needed patches can be backported to the community package

I run over an error when trying to update (install) the package. http://pastebin.com/Cxyz8zsS

There is a conflict between brial, which is required by sagemath and polybori, also required by sagemath but conflicting with brial. It looks like a stalemate situation.

Hello @arojas, There is a notable change with respect to ver 6.8, cython2-devel has to be uninstalled as the update installs cython2. Thank you very much again

You are right @arojas about the two versions residing together. I can't figure out how I did it, or I'm a genuine idiot. I don't think I have forced the install. cython2 is now uninstalled, left only cython and reinstalled a "clean" cython2-devel. And it worked, compilation ran smooth. sagemath-git is now installed. May I have the pleasure of inviting you to a cold beer? You deserve it!

@Daedalus24 How can you have both cython2 and cython2-devel installed at the same time? They conflict with each other. Did you force the install? Please remove every cython2 package and install cython2-devel cleanly
