Sorry, this was an oversight some time ago by me. This package now builds from source, sambamba-bin provides the binary release.

Hello, at the moment this is a disguised -bin pkgbuild; not one build from source (for an open source project), you can both correct this and upload sambamba-bin but it can't stay as it is

pacman 5.1.3 can't install this -- see https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/62746. Either wait for a new release or add the patch to /usr/share/makepkg/source/file.sh.
