The samsung-unified-driver package uses www.bchemnet.com/suldr as source, which probably has stabler URLs, and the new sasmung URL is:

The source @ samsung.com is no longer available.

I think that now you can remove the file for blacklisting usblp module with this version of Cups: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/CUPS#USB_printers
"As of Cups version 1.6.0 it's typically no more needed to blacklist the usblp kernel module!"

Can you insert a file in /etc/modprobe.d/ in order to blacklist the module usblp?
Thanks.

Done, it works

You should no longer need to depend on cups-usblp. A patch was included in cups 1.5.1 to fix issues with Samsung printers.

Correction done, thank you.

Filter not working becouse CUPS is unable to find the file "/usr/lib/cups/filter/rastertosamsungsplc". I solved simply by changing this line in PKGBUILD:
${pkgdir}/usr/lib/cups/filter/rastertosamsungsplc
Please edit.
