I like that the package doesn't create those directories as I symlink them in from a different filesystem, but it would help if it was explicitly mentioned after install that the user needs to create the directories and change their ownership to the satisfactory user before starting the service.

I was wondering why satisfactory-server did not apply my settings and detected that satisfactory-server intends to write its config files (*.ini) into the following directories: /opt/satisfactory-server/Engine/Saved, /opt/satisfactory-server/FactoryGame/Saved
By default the permissions of its parent directories seem to be root, so the satisfactory user cannot create these directories and save its configuration there.

I added the parameter to workaround a bug in a prior release of the server. Next time I push an update I'll remove it.

Can you please edit satisfactory-server.service:14 '-multihome=0.0.0.0' As it is not compatible by default with IPv6 servers/clients?
