Known issue, the Kernel will crash if nothing is plugged to the capture card, this happens only on AUR version as the GitHub version doesn't kernel panic in this scenario. Update: I can't get it to crash anymore, probably an edge case or something? I anybody is able to find what triggers this kernel panic please let me know.

I'm getting a Error! Bad return status for module build on kernel: 7.0.12-arch1-1 (x86_64) error on the "Install DKMS modules" step.

Make.log shows this:

DKMS (dkms-3.4.1) make.log for sc0710/2026.06.14.4.r139.a95fef2 for kernel 7.0.12-arch1-1 (x86_64)
